Tuff Truck Challenge
Forty of the Toughest 4WD vehicles each year fight it out for the trophy.
Each team consists of one vehicle and two people, a driver and a navigator. The three-day event has eleven stages, which includes two static and nine driving sections.
One static section involves a Show and Shine and Engineering check where the vehicle is inspected by officials to judge the custom modifications not only for style but also safety.
The driving sections involve the competitive teams attempting tracks such as mud driving, rock walls and all terrain tracks.
Team Energized competed in March 2008 and came in at 37th with a blown gearbox rendering it out after the first day of driving. But the team did manage to entertain the crowd with some innovative driving.
